Depends what you're eating. We analyze the recipes you select and provide a recommended booking length. A good rule of thumb is one dish per hour.
Some cooks are more familiar with certain cuisines than others, but as long as you have a recipe, they will be able to make what you would like.
Clients pick their menu. Cooks may have specialties they recommend, but the expectation is that clients identify what they want. That's why Frances is there - to offer a helping hand!
Families provide the necessary equipment associated with each booking. Cooks often bring their own knives and may have back-up pans, but we ask that you have all the equipment on a recommended list we provide. Feel free to ask your cook if there is equipment that a recipe requires which you don't have.
