Chris is passionate about food. It’s preparation, flavor and presentation. He is very conscious about food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. He is never afraid to venture into new cuisines.

Chris is a very knowledgeable person and understands flavors that go well together, so he would be at home doing a smoked rib dinner as he would be a vegan sit-down. As the head chef at our old venue The Art Boutiki Chris was invloved in every aspect of menu planning.

Chris is an energetic and knowledgeable chef. He can be both creative and pragmatic given various situations. He has catered events for me and all have been successful.

Chris was an excellent caterer for my wife's celebration of life which was approximately 200 guests. He was clear on the menu, performed all services on time, was attentive to the guests, and the food was excellent. For such a hard day, Chris and his team provided much needed comfort and were instrumental in setting an appropriately celebratory atmosphere. I could not recommend Chris enough.
