I love everything he makes from steaks to fish/seafood. He can make such a wide variety of meals with wonderful side dishes. His blackened salmon was the best I have ever had. Beef brisket was outstanding! Nick is a very scheduled, reliable chef with a great personality!

I run Optimability, a health and performance company, and Nicholas has been our chef in San Francisco since November 2025. His client travels most weeks and follows a meal plan we rewrite as new test results come in. Nicholas has cooked every version of that plan across more than 50 deliveries. He cooks high protein meal prep that holds up for three or four days, like beef souvlaki with tzatziki, chipotle chicken bowls and overnight oats. He packs sauces and avocado in their own containers so nothing goes soggy or brown. He asks why an ingredient is on the plan before he changes it. The client found the jalapeños too hot, so Nicholas asked me whether they were there for flavour or for the capsaicin. He switched to a little cayenne and mild green chilies, and the client kept the capsaicin at a heat they could eat. Working with him is easy. He labels every container by day, sends photos of his drops and tracks the courier until the client has the food. He asks about trips and holidays before they come up, and he moved his shopping to Costco when we asked him to cut food costs. If he gets something wrong, he says so in his first message and fixes it by the next drop. He is free to take on new work because our client is leaving San Francisco. Nicholas is the example I use when I tell our team what good chef service looks like, and he has my highest recommendation.

Nick has prepared food for múltiple parties we have hosted. Everything has been amazing, especially the carne asada. Cleans up and leaves things in better condition than they were before!
