Tom has displayed great diversity in what he cooks. He can blend many different styles and flavors across cultural lines while keeping his dishes simple. One of my favorite dishes Tom has made was his spin on fried chicken which blended classic southern technique with Asian spices and flavors.

He makes cooking look effortless. He can easily switch up the menu to accomodate an dietary restrictions. He can be bold and adventurous with ingredients but doesn't shy away from the classics or basics of a dish.

Tommy is truly top-tier when it comes to hosting and cooking for a crowd. He’s the kind of person who makes hosting look effortless especially for things like Friendsgiving, where he’ll cook the entire spread and somehow make sure everyone is well fed and having a great time. His fried chicken and lasagna are two of my favorites, and his seafood boils are also incredible. Everything he makes is full of flavor, generous, and clearly made with a lot of care. Having Tommy in your kitchen means knowing the food, the hosting, and the overall experience are in very good hands.
